The classic barbell exercises like bench press and deadlifts aren't listed by default which is frustrating when trying to make training plans and follow my estimated workload. When I try to add them as a custom workout it doesn't track the added weight whis is again really frustrating. I have to add them as a custom fingerboard workout to make the app show the added weight menu when logging. Please add the basic barbel exercises and some way of personalizing workloads would also be really helpful
This is not for beginners. Only if you know what you have to train.
It's the app for climbing training. Specialized for your level, easy to use. Base level is free and worth a couple bucks to upgrade after checking it out.
Very clean app. Liking the new custom workout feature, but wish I could re-arrange exercises and create supersets
Only usable if you pay. They say they're 75 free workouts, but after searching for half an hour I can't find a single one. That might be great and might even be worth paying for. But no way I'm going to pay for something I can't even try out.
Cool, useful app with a lot of potential. But leaves a lot to be desired with the functionality, content, and user experience. I've been using it a while now and they haven't really improved the app or made any major updates which is really disappointing.
can't do anything without paying
Fixed an issue with scheduled workouts displaying the incorrect workout color
