Content is misleading, full of typos, errors and badly worded. Hard to follow instructions. I think the content team must be writing blindfolded? Much better quality control needed! Would avoid this app at all costs. Not worth a cent.
I believe I have rated Centr about a thousand times by now and the truth is I will never get tired of telling the world how amazing this app is. It has changed my life, it has changed millions of lives. We have a family, not a community, no, but a family. We support each other, we care for each other and that is what Centr is; a palace of well-being and hard work. I recommend every trainer, every meditation, not to mention the meals that are simply superb. Thank you guys so much! Take care y'all
Great app with some rocking workouts

Great fitness app. Amazing what 25-35 mins a day can do. Have been doing it for his with my 16 year old son. Both of us are more sculpted and stronger. I have learned the value of meditation with body and mind connection through the guided meditations. Variety of meal options also. I highly recommend this app.
Very good workout app with lots of different trainings and approaches to training. The food and meditation section could be developed a bit further and designed simpler (instruction videos for cooking would be very useful, maybe a collaboration with another app). Overall very nice balanced workouts appropiate for all levels!👌⚡️🔨
The routines are easy to follow and not repetitive, my only problem is the monthly cost, otherwise 5/5
