I'm 71 and just finished the 42 sessions and I'm totally satisfied with the results. I have significantly stronger abs and my posture is now upright without the slightest back pain which may be the best result. I should have done this years ago. Seemed to easy at the start but increasing repetitions really made for a complete workout. I added pushups in between the abs series ultimately doing 50 each set. Go for it, you will be rewarded
