I bought this game because I found it interesting; I was curious about what it would be like from the referee's perspective. The game somewhat deliver on that premise, but it is only average at best. The animation is clunky, which makes it difficult to focus on the action on the court. Additionally, I feel that the user interface could be improved. Furthermore, the game lacks challenge, which could be fixed by adding a timer to the foul screen. Overall, It needs improvement and my score is 3/5.
It's a game I always wanted to play. Overall pretty good. Contact me if you want me to help you with the translations as they need some polish. Also would be nice if you simulated more points during the gameplay, like points added automatically..as games have too low of a number of points.
