I've lost all my progress and the game doesn't let me restore it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game before and had no problem restoring my previous data but it seems like now I've lost everything. Any chance this can be fixed?

I feel like this has a lot of potential to be a cool game but it's just so boring.

Ive always picked this game back up after a while and enjoyed it. Accidentally deleted the app and when I re-download it my ad removal was gone. I know there's a weekly option, but back in February 2022 I paid to completely remove ads. Slightly frustrating now that I cannot restore my previous purchase. Restore in the settings menu does nothing and I don't even see this as an option anymore in the shop. Good game, but not worth 12 month ad free after I already paid to remove ads once.
This game is perfect for what the name suggests. But my only complaint is that you need to get an item to replay a certain level of the story. But if you progress too far the item for the first levels becomes unobtainable. So unless you stockpiled the required item, you cant replay the lower levels.
