United StatesInstant Armory is a mobile app that allows you to design arms, armor, and equipment for fantasy tabletop roleplaying games, such as Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder, using a myriad of hand-drawn art. Record a description and stats, and roll dice directly in-app or print equipment cards for use at the table.
I like it but it need more options
There is not a great amount of content. DLC is rather expensive for what you can get
Great little app for perfectionist DMs who can't afford to hire an artist for everything they make
Overall good experience. Only thing I would change is to move the screen up a bit when tryping, so the keyboard doesn't cover what you're typing
I really like this app for making fun cards for my players. My only real gripe is that I wish we could have longer descriptions and item stat spaces. Maybe if the app allowed us to export double sided cards so we could have the name and picture on one side and the stats/lore on the back it would give us some more space?
Love the app, gave the $10 to support it/get the DLC, only disappointment is that exporting it as a card has a watermark on it that I personally don't want there for my home games (it just kinda... ruins the aesthetic to me.) But I also understand WHY it's there, so I won't be surprised if no option to remove it is added. Update: I see they're adding a way to remove the logo in a future build, so as soon as that comes out I'm bumping this to 5 stars, as that was my only gripe.
Solid foundation for an app, decent amount of features built in, and looks like it will cover a lot of item types over time.
You can now remove the logo from vertical equipment cards.
