Worked fine up until this week. Now when I try to open the app its a dark white screen until it pops up with a message to kill the app or continue waiting so can't even access the in app support

I didn't play for a year and I downloaded it and some how my characters are gone can you fix this please?
Tried installing the game for the first time and apparently wouldn't boot up. Tried to close the game and reopen it, deleted it, reinstalled it, and it still wouldn't boot up. I'm not sure if it's because of my S24 samsung android or maybe the servers are down but it would crash everytime.

Haven't been able to log in for a long time, tried reinstall, nothing extra is on ie bluetooth, airplane mode and still can't log in, if this is not fixed soon I'm unstall and unsup
