Aside from the many, MANY glitches and errors, this game isn't that bad. Just please, for the love of the players, just fix the god damn error every time I'm pulling something out from the gacha machine!!!
This game is a laggy, buggy mess. I've been playing since it came out ten years ago and it was just as unoptimized then as it is now. Nothing's changed. I emailed customer support when I had a black screen glitch that prevented me from logging in and never got a response back. The unresponsiveness of the game makes it difficult to complete events or quests. And now I hear the same team is working on a spin-off app, which is laughable considering the state they've left this one in.
I have been playing for years and I had to, of course, upgrade my phone overtime. They aren't giving me my original account that I put sooooo much money and time into. I've sent multiple emails to get my account back and I am being ignored. I sent them receipts of payments back from my og account, even from my bank to prove my authenticity. Hating this company so much.
I cannot open the treasure box or collect daily quest rewards those seem to just load forever kinda dissapointed
For me it's a five star but I wish there was a way to get coins faster cause it's really hard to get them AND they closed the fashion labo so yeah,on the bright side the outfit are really cute,I just wish the sets can stay longer than like 2 days....
