IT freezes up and closes a lot

Love the game... Seems when this competition to mars event started, the original game stops and then I am forced to build this space ship to goto Mars... Ever figured maybe I am not interested in participating in the event? Now everyone stands around and swaying they're arms, while the other event goes but the ending the game freezes. You goes should offer a choice. Please fix
still can't figure out how to withdraw
The game recently started crashing on me when on loading screen and once your in the game it freezes up than crashes can y'all fix this problem please it's been happening the last 2 days I even forced closed and cleared cache and it still does it

I installed this game so that I could earn points on cosmic rewards. I can't even get into the game it just keeps shutting down. It took me two months to be able to download it. There are no updates. It is really frustrating because it's one of the higher and faster earning games for the cosmic rewards.
