Update as of Feb22, 2022, Biella café , wafi mall says they ended their partnership with rak bank and refused to give the 20% discount . Wonder how many more locations are like this and it's always a hassle coz we get to know about no discount after we ask for bill. Update as of mid Jan the app is again working fine . Though would love to see restaurants in newer malls like Zahia city centre (Sharjah)

Doesnt work as others have mentioned. Developer and bank need to look into this.
