After contacting you through this app I made to enjoy the app now it working normal now I hope it will be like this
Fantastic application, however I am not getting app notifications when I turn on the settings on my honor magic 6 pro... I turn on app notifications but the next day, the sms stops and I get nothing from the app...
ADIB Credit Cards cannot be added on Google Pay, requiring physical card carrying. Unlike FAB’s app, ADIB’s doesn’t display miles earning for recent transactions or show spend progress towards claiming Etihad vouchers. ADIB’s voucher process is manual and lengthy, and the app crashes often and have to restart my phone every time. Call center support is unsatisfactory, with slow card replacement and no help on fraudulent transactions. ADIB should work seriously to improve their services.
The app is pretty easy to use but the charges to send money your home is higher. 25+ on every transaction isn't fair. It's could be less like other bank so we can send money directly form the ADIB app to home country. I and maybe many people using exchanges to send money home because of ADIB fee/transaction is very much. But I still love ADIB they are always simple and great
