Super easy to use and provides nice clear statistics of progress. Records meals/snacks, exercise, supplements and weight. Good for someone who just needs to record the basics and be accountable. Wouldn't be any good for athletes who need more in depth analysis of intake/output.
I've used for three days and have found it to meet all my basic needs. I don't care about particulars like how many calories or ounces. I wanted something simple and easy to use. This fits the bill.

In the weight report could you please include a way to record waist circumference.
