Failed to open account
Worst app ever. App loads slowly & the following error keeps appearing when I tried to login. 'Opps! Something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, please call our 24 client contact center.' How many times I've to call the customer service? I abandoned my 1st username due to this error. I was told that user has to allow all permissions for the app. I did so, created my 2nd username, & waited for another 12h just to see the same error again. Called & rectified. Hit error again. ??
Is difficult to navigate within the app. Esp if I want to redeem rewards, it took me many times to log in and out, loading took forever and some items cannot be clicked.
Horrible UI. Can't navigate 'back' to the previous page when you're on certain pages in the app. CIMB and Maybank is better.
