Recently I changed phones and now I can't change my phone number linked to my account. Even though I got a new number and when trying to verify it it acts like it won't work as soon as I type the last digit to the code that was sent to my phone.. this is ridiculous, I got money tied up and can't access it or get any help to get this fixed it seems
2 stars due to time of transfer and fees. Plus reading that "bakkt" Public uses for crypto. Has serious financial issues. Sent messages to support no response. Also, my comment about it in their feed seems to be censored off public feed. Kind of a serious matter given other exchanges that have had financial issues took everyone's money. Would like to hear that my money is secure, and my investment is guaranteed to be paid out if any problems should arise.

I'm a varo bank client and public says app is always pending?
I suggest you to pull your money out now from your stocks in this app and put into cash app because this app always gives issues when trying to withdraw to your debit card it keeps sending me to a Gmail to confirm address change but only wants me to use the bank option (3-5) business days? After I already waited 3 days from the cash to settle before I can't even withdraw and the customer support isn't a real person to help.Cash app does not even take that long Never investing in public again
