Every time I try to log in on the app, it keeps telling me my information is wrong despite being able to log in with the same information on desktop/browser.
Terrible app
With the last update, I can no longer see where my purchases were made. Only that there are purchases and how much they are for. I would not have installed the update if I didn't have to. But, I had to install the update in order to continue using the app.😡😡😡
Mobile App needs to be fixed. Issues transfering money to my bank account. I was able to do it with all my accounts and now it shows that none are eligible eventhough they are US banks. I can't even delete them when I was able to. The FAQ is a joke. No email or chat to reach out. Agents are not willing to really help and have an attitude. Calls take for ever. The website is the one getting me by. Dissapointed, I used to love the app before.
Most of the time this is a very helpful app, but every once in a while I come across an issue that there is NO solution for or way to get help. And the support email listed here is not valid
Couldn't give it a zero, this app was fine but now I can't sign in, I haven't changed any sign in info but all of a sudden it's "incorrect" doesn't have anyway to contact besides calling, and everytime I try to put in my card it "doesn't match up" beyond terrible.
The new update will not allow me to log in and I can only use my card so many times 🤬😡😡😡
