אפליקציה לא עובדת, כל םעם מבקשת לצלם תעודת מזהה. מעביר כסף, אפליקציה אומרת שיש בעיה, עסקה לא בוצעה, קיבלתי הודעה מחברת כרטיסים - עסקה בוצעה. איך? שלחתי הודעות לשרות לקוחות - אין תשובות. לא ממליץ בכלל את האפליקציה
Neema is an app who will charge you as many as they can. w/ just the app is okay, but DONT ORDER THE CARD! It's a dissapointment aside from paying when you order it , they will also charge you 10nis EVERY MONTH for having the card and every time you do transaction using the card (pay or withdraw) THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU apart from the payment in the ATM. Very dissapointing company! Better to use Monox or Rewire which even give you higher rates than neema when sending home. Neema is BAD!
