Once you receive the policy document, we cannot expect any response from Sympany even after repetetive calls, mails. Very poor customer support.

Slow, unreliable and typically a fight to get it to work
I allways have problems with this app. It dont open or the screen stay white after login. Its really annoying when you try to pay your bills and have to stress yourself with 1 hour of trying to get the app to work

Schlechteste Versicherungsapp, die ich je hatte. Die Hälfte der Zeit geht sie gar nicht erst auf und Rechnungen hochladen klappt meist so mit dem 10. Versuch. Eine Katastrophe und für mich der Grund, warum ich meine Versicherung wieder wechseln werde.
