Very slow at processing claim, hard to actually get an answer from
You can't register because it gets stuck in the 'select an email'. There's just no options available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still gets stuck.
Great company friendly people and premiums are low cost compared to other app. Fast turn around highly recommend this company and their products
The app is not responsive to logins. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year. When I attempted to login via the website, it's not responsive as well. Calling customer service is useless. They'll keep you on hold indefinitely or not respond to your request for a callback. I've decided to cancel my policy with them because if these problems. If need be, I'll notify my bank to cease my automatic payments to Combined Insurance. I will report them for FRAUD to NYS Department of Insurance.
It doesn't work can't do anything on it . It freeze everything you try to use it.
