Can't understand how to make foreign payments at all. All fileds are filled, but button next is disabled. No validation errors, no additional info, just disabled. Sometimes it works though, but I don't understand why. Also for foreign payment you will have to pay fee, but nowhere in app will be written what amount. Also there is option urgent payment, which doesn't make it urgent, because all payments in this bank proceeded only during working hours, which I can't understand at all. Web is same.
