Hopeless. The only way I can get into this app is to uninstall it and reinstall it. It asks me to set ep a 4 digit passcode and also biometric access. Then I can see my account and transactions. But after I log out, I can't log back in. If I try to reset the password it sends me a code via SMS, and after I enter it the app comes back with "oops something went wrong". Meanwhile it has emailed me another code to "verify my email address". Why? Weird and frustrating.

I can't seem to find managing my account on the app.
Not satisfied. This app is not user friendly. I am not able to repay. Also not able to figure out if i am paying manually by bank transfer, how they adjusting the payment in different transactions. Because the amount with less days remaining to repay is staying the same where my payment is going i am not able to figure out. I Need help. Hope someone from the team will contact me soon!!
I had my new pin & could easily see what I owed. It now has to be opened with an Email verification. Which is useless to me.
