Can't verify identity - each time I hit start, it goes back to the main screen.
I would not use this app. Or company for ANY financial aid or other financial services.
This app is pretty ok

This past weekend i had the hardest time using the new uploading system thatg is supposed to be used to verify my ID and SS#. The darn Upload screen kept popping up and i was never able to get pass the screen to get my new finance loan. This part of the app to use on the phone for uploading documents has a terrible bug. It's a shame this app keeps changing and keeps upgrading. All of the new upgrades are giving this useful financial assist a major downgrade.
Has helped me out more than once.
Can't work anything in the app. Can't connect bank account, can't get a loan, nothing. It's basically useless.
This release includes minor bug fixes and improvements.
