Stay away from this app. Worked fine up until the month of Nov. Emailed and was given a response to download for IOS. Well, I'm not on IOS. Responded with this answer and over a week and no answer back. YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY STAKED DOT WITH THIS APP. Also no help.
App keep crashing after updating to the last 2 release. I practically can't access my crypto... this is messed up.
Downloaded this in anticipation of REEF staking to check it out. Seems great so far. Will update if I run into any issues but very smooth right now.
I am absolutely furious! Back in October of 2021 I did a 28 day stake of polkadot. My full balance I originally staked has been locked ever since and I cannot access my funds. I've reached out to several crypto communities to ask for any advice, I've asked question on telegram, all of which with no success. I recommend MetaMask for all other crypto but if you do insist on investing in polkadot I would suggest leaving it on a different wallet!
