Cannot use the * 0 or # at the bottom of the screen to log in, so if your password has any if those, you're stuffed. They tell you to make your font smaller but that does not fix it. Now I've de-activated my Netlock, that they were going to deactivate anyway, and I can't log in.on the laptop now.
I can't login at all. Infact, it' is saying that I need to 'actuvate' online! Whichr I have been using for the last few weeks! How are we supposed to use these stupid inactive apps when the initial one was fine. I liked using the initial one as it was easy to understand and practical to use. What have you done with your company to start making thesr ridiculous apps which don't even work! Damn you commonwealth bank. I used to love you. Now out relationship has come to an unfortunate demise..

Difficulty logging in
Scam
At least I can log in these days (previously broken for YEARS), but now every time I generate a token password I get the message "Has someone asked you for your token password? It wasn't us. Call us on 132339 for help". EVERY TIME! I have to tap "Got it" to this popup. Gee do you think I've "Got it" yet? How about instead making it a warning message that I don't have to click on? Commbiz app and web is still a dinosaur. Have to click on a million things to do transfers or get anything done.
