R.I.P. Debt!
I have to agree with the other reviews here, the app simply does not work. Trying to link debts, it sends you a link that takes you to the app page in the app store but it does nothing further. Meanwhile the app asks for your social, birthdate, and address. An app that wants ALL your private data and doesn't function just screams of a scam to me. Update- I have submitted a step by step ticket detailing how this app will not work for me. (In doing so, it's the 3rd fail attempt)
Im really quite annoyed. Every time I try to "link debt", I get a text to click here to verify, but it just brings me to the Google Store page, then when I click Open, it's still the same thing. Over and over again. I've manually linked debt, but it doesn't show in certain parts of the app. I've had nothing but problems with it since I started and can't seem to find where to cancel. I don't like it at all and want my money back.
Has gotten outrageously expensive since the rebrand
Awesome app and great customer service. This app has assisted me with paying down multiple loans. I highly recommend this to anyone who has any type of loan.
It won't let me pick one account
What a trash app! It wouldn't link in the beginning, but still managed to charge my bank account. Then it won't verify me with my CORRECT personal information. Also, I select a credit card to add to my debt, and the app changes it to another when I need to add the payment address. I tried to contact Support, and it even game me an error with that, so I'll be reporting this app and contacting my bank to get my money back. What a waste of time.
This app worked for a while then now its glitches or has the loading circle. And freezes whenever I try and look at my accounts.
