Quicker than website when it is working. But I would say it works 50% of the time. Always the same issue is when trying to upload the receipt. Screen will freeze and app shut down. This issue is to be fixed.l and you are to restart the process. Luckily info is saved but still need to resubmit. Fail again. Resubmit until it works. Some time after 3 trial it works, some other time I just have to give up. I'm using a oppo phone. 2 stars since not reliable.
