It needs a lot of improvement, many issues with the app. Cannot access our records. How to get access code.
The app freezes a lot, close by itself ver. 2.2.1. After updating to last ver 2.2.2, it did not recognize the password. I had to reset it (it accepted the same password "silly"). My medical reports and appointments are not updated, showing until 2022. The supporting team is not responding at all despite lots of calls and complaints. If you face a problem in your app, do not expect any support from them
Full of bugs, can't type on it, it crashes frequently, there's always something !

Pathetic app. Too slow, crashes at will, very poorly designed. Thank god you have the Toll free support.
