I was a Nationwide customer and Axos had purchased their banking. The app they had been using was decent if a bit quirky. Now we have an all new app. The tap response time is horrid. I have to tap and then wait several seconds to see if it registered my tap. The transaction register doesn't update in a timely manner. The balance updates, but the register does not. It can lag by days! I get a more accurate register by using Rocket Money.
The app likes to take educated guesses on what my balance is in other bank accounts then adds that to my balance with Axos. I have to look into the details to understand what my balance in my Axos account is. This is uniquely annoying and I do not understand the purpose, when I open this app I would like to EXCLUSIVELY see the balance of my Axos account.
App is no longer functional since a week ago, serious crashing issues at password stage and will not open just freezes, instead of asking me to contact you please fix the update or revert the broken update.
Love the bank and the app. Way way better. Thank you so much
They dont have your back on disputes. I had a merchant "cancel" my order but i still got charged. Axos denied my claim
