great update
Very bad app and web experiences (financial advisor is great). Attempting to sign in with 2-step verification and all methods do not send a codes. Can not sign in on the web and the app has the same problem. Now I can not access my money. The CTO is a joke and needs to be replaced.

Haven't been able to use the app to access credit card-related info & services for months now Months later, still can't use for credit card information
I've been investing on my own since I was 19, so 14 years now. I've used a lot of different services, and am very comfortable navigating both financial instruments and the websites/apps from these companies. My employer does their retirement account through Ameriprise, so I don't have a choice. Which sucks, because I would never chose this on my own. Everything is more difficult than it needs to be. Customer service is fantastic, which is great, because you're going to be using it a lot. Bad app
I have not been able to use this app to log in to my credit card for at least a month it's very frustrating please fix whatever it was and put it back the way it used to work.
