The worst auto finance I've ever worked with, horrible customer service, 0 stars, do not recommend!
This service stops a user's access to make payments in the app even if only a day late on your payments. This makes it so you have to call them!
Worst app I've tried to use. Doesn't even let to download and enroll. Date of birth you must back a calendar back from today's date. Ridiculous
The customer service for this company is horrible! Language barrier is a problem. I had to call to set up a payment arrangement because I was late on a payment. I gave them my bank info to set up a one-time payment through ACI. However, I was able to make my payment before this with my debit card, so I canceled the aci payment but it still went through and ended up taking 2 months of payments and put my bank account in the negative. I tried calling and explaining this but got no where.
I haven't been able to use this app for at least 2 or 3 months now. When I login, it says it's unavailable and I have to use a web browser instead. Useless. You'd think they would make it easier to give them your money but no.
Very confusing chatting to the rep. They said you can do split payments but end up charging full amount even after you pay half. App doesn't show the change in payments even if you pay ahead of time. Keeps going down for maintenance but nothing changes. Horrible
The app is basically trash, because it only opens to a title page showing only the name "ally" and nothing else. I closed it after waiting over 5 minutes to "do" something.
