i'm a 42yo female recovering addict mother of 1. i have experienced generational trauma, institutions, and all kinds of 'therapy' since 8yo. i underwent intensive prenatal therapy, and my child and i have been consistently undergoing support systems, including therapy, since they were 6 months old. all this to say, i know some things. been around the block. this app provided valuable information even to an old, jaded, system kid like me. i marvel that this is free and available to the public.
