The Skedulo mobile app provides scheduled resources with the following functionality directly on their mobile device:
- Log In/Log Out using Salesforce.com credentials
- View daily, weekly and monthly agendas of allocated and dispatched jobs
- View job notifications for jobs pending a response
- Open job addresses in native maps applications to navigate to job
- Capture customer signatures on jobs
- Add unavailability requests & records
- View and edit Job notes and attachments
- Update Job progress (Check-in, Complete)
- View customer information
- View past jobs
This app is not mobile friendly. There is no search option. Not able to rotate screen. ZERO STAR RATING
Our company switched and all it's done is have longer loading times and poor app navigation.
The app is fine when it works but like others have mentioned it does have glitches. I hope that in the future update it will allow to copy text from custom forms and work orders. Depending on the client I have to. Check in to their service app with a wo# Thatta in the description of my skedulo wo, but it won't let me copy so I have to manually write down the 12 or 14 digit wo# on a piece of paper so I can type it in to the other app. Not very efficient.
Constantly crashes
The app is great however there should be an option to select multiple days instead of having to go one by one for days you need off
Frequent technical issues Needs restructuring badly.
Issue is that the app does not update automatically. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time there is a notification about a schedule change. I have been trying to reach Skedulo for help via phone, email, and messaging and NEVER hear back from anyone. Very frustrating!
