It doesn't work in general. Tried using it on a tablet and a smartphone. Both don't work. When I used it on the DD dedicated tablet, it worked. What's the difference?
The app does not work. Instead of getting actual support or a developer trying to fix the issue, support email tells me that I should junk my $75 brand new tablet and pay $24/month for a tablet from doordash. Fix the app or lower the price. It's not reasonable for me to rent one at 4x the cost of buying my own tablet.
After the update, things are even worse. As an restaurant owner, when you click the " ready for pick up " button. The app won't let you click it, especially when the dash is in your store. Sometimes you have to click the button more than 10 times to complete the action.

Has never worked we consistently miss orders with the merchant portal app which is the only app that somewhat works- this app is garbage or their service really sucks
Does not work at all, lots of bugs
