This app has not worked correctly since the new version was released the contact us feature and the new virtual assistant is not helpful.
garbage app, just like their website
The only reason I had this happen my phone is so I could easily check and forward our business line. It worked great with no issues for doing that and I'm sure it works great for the other stuff, however I've never needed anything else. They just took the ability to forward the phone lines off the app and now it just sends you to the website. So I'm now deleting the app. There's no reason to take away usability and features that have been there the whole time.
Service is constantly interrupted!!
why would you take out the call forwarding option? it's literally 90% of what I did with the app. Redirecting to the looping, hidden menus of the website is beyond insulting.
do not like that I had no option but a 2 yr contract. upon it ending,I was told it was 3 yrs.How can you lock people in like that. business, contracts should be 1 yr with a 2 and 3 year option with lower rates if chosen. everyone is cheaper with no contracts with lower prices than cox. just as good service if not better.You need to evaluate your contracts & prices, Then people would stay with you after the 1 yr contract. I will be going to att, . change contract and prices And I'll stay.
This new version is a downgrade. A very slow, cheap, less functional skin on their standard website. Just go to the website instead. The login process is more complicated and broken unless you use chrome to manage passwords. Which UI expert named the app CB Business so it doesn't appear near other cox apps in your app drawer. Brilliant, not.
