I haven't once gotten it to work. Alliance, and the app they use, are terrible. Be wary of the company you work for use Alliance HCM for HR or payroll.

If I could give this app no stars I would!! This app is horrible. Why does it always make me change my password every 3 weeks or so? Now, it's not recognizing my security answer as if I don't the answer to my eldest sibling's middle name like be for real!!!!!!!!!!
I can never log on!!!
I cannot open the app.
My app does not work.. Can't even get pass the sign on with a temporary code.. Never sends SMS or calls me for verification. It just sucks overall.
If your employer decides to use this app. You should quit immediately.
