Smart charge doesn't work (OCPP and Tesla). Set up to only charge when Agile drops below a set rate. Turns out once it starts charging it just continues no matter what the rate is. Cost me a small fortune before I realised.
The app works, but the tariff is wrong. E.on next flex change their variable tariff every 3 months, not on an hourly basis. Also on-peak and off-peak does not make a difference. It's the same noatter what time of day it is for the year quarter.
really really annoying, the smart charges when it feels like, didn't even start last night, my tariff on ev is midnight until 5am, this app shows it as 11pm until 4am. starts charging my car as soon as I plug it in in the evening at high tariff even though smart selected. really cannot get along with this app, terrible, I wish it just had a simple timer function
Apart from the superb functionality of this app, a measure of how good it is, is in customer support, there's no point in having a superb app and nobody to help when you need it...and this has the absolute best customer support I've ever experienced. I had a few minor issues. There's a 'contact us' feature and within no time at all customer service was on to it. Honestly, I've never had such service anywhere. Even checked back to see that everything was OK. Such amazing lovely people.
Great support and app
Poor app. Slow and clunky. On smart charge gives warning that I need to set electricity rate really high to achieve charge by 7am, but if I set it lower then it still charges to set level and on time. This feels like a scam to get you to pay more. Have contacted customer support in past about other issues and default line seems to be not our apps fault but the hardware! But never have have problems when charging anywhere else. I notice that rolec use another app now for new products....!.
Unreliable, overly complicated and difficult to override! If this Is the future good help us
