The worst charging app I've come across! The names of the charging points in the app don't match those on the chargers at Eurotunnel Calais, so you have no idea which charging point to select!
Of all the stupid charging points that make you sign up with an app (instead of just taking a CREDIT CARD) this is one of the worst. You can't just put in your card to the app, you have to be issued with an invoice. The EU is going to legislate this idiocy out of existence. I hope our UK gov does the same. Oh, and the unit at Folkestone Eurotunnel wasn't working. 🙄

Horrible. Doesn't accept payment. Also why dont the Eurotunnel Engie charge points accept contactless card payments?!!?! So stupid. Force you to download an app that doesn't work half the time
Need to set up a direct debit. No thanks, I just want to charge my car quickly. Ridiculous.
