The Easy Charging Quality (ECQ) app will give you access to over 420.000 charge stations in 22 countries. With just three quick steps, you can start charging:
1. Enter your charge card number, scan the QR code or select a link that was sent to you by your e-mobility service provider.
2. Login with an existing account, register as a new user or skip for guest user access.
3. Set up your desired filters and start charging!
Add your vehicle
By adding your vehicle to the account, the app will automatically only show charge stations that are relevant for the car you want to charge.
Favorites lists
With just a tap on the screen, you can now save favourite charge stations so that you can easily navigate to these locations.
Set your filters
The app will only show you charge stations that you are looking for, whether those are available chargers, fast chargers or chargers that provide app based payments.
Payment options
Multiple payment options are available to the EV driver. Besides using your charge card, the app also supports several direct payment methods (subject to change per country).
Account management
View your previous transactions, manage your charge cards and change the app settings in the account menu page.
I used it for the first time. I paid €48. I did not get the amount back. There is no phone number or email to contact. They are really thieves. I do not recommend them.
Very helpful and convenient to charge in public
The initial charge of our EV didn't work, but the second one did without any issues. I was a bit concerned about getting a refund, especially after reading some reviews. However, I found the app support email on the Google Store and received a prompt response with all the necessary information. Surprisingly, the refund was already processed before I even reached out.
The most important thing, is contact/customer service. You have a problem, and the only thing you have is FAQ. Now start chasing and search on the internet...

Awful scam of a company. Don't use.
The company last mile withdraw 48 some euros from my account and no charge service was provided.
- You can now deactivate a charge card in case you lost or got stolen.
- During charging you will now see a “charge in progress” banner on the top of the App, that can also bring you to your charging session when clicked.
- View invoices & reimbursements summary.
- Some visual changes were made to the transactions list.
- We also removed the feature “Nearest charging point”. We'll work to replace it in the future with a better suitable solution.
