Do not waste your money on this insurance. If you absolutely do not have some sort of verification you will not get your money back. There are certain situations that you just cannot verify. Not worth the extra money spent!!!
Total garbage app with non-existent support. Unable to log in with known good credentials. Uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times, no go. Changed password multiple times, no go. Called CS. First time was railroaded into sending an email to their support - no response. 2nd call - "wait 10 minutes while we update your account". Didn't work either. 3rd call: "Well, the app doesn't really work all that well because it is still in development". Consider me a non-renewal, Allianz.
Wow, we have used this insurance in the past with no claims or problems. Leaving on a trip. The app says our ID and PW are Wrong, but they work on the desktop. Several days now. The phone number for help is an endless upsell loop for add ons. Yada yada, no people, no response from emails. Another formerly reliable company destroyed by cost saving innovation. THE APP STILL DOESN'T WORK AND NO ONE AT ALLYZ KNOWS OR CARES. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Set up account on app and it says password and email not correct when logging in. Went through reset password process a couple times and always get the same message. Works if I go to website. App is useless.
Set and reset password multiple times access continues to be rejected.
Email or password incorrect after resetting several times. Logged into the website and typed in the EXACT SAME email & password and voila! I WAS LOGGED IN. Un-installed the app, re-downloaded the app, then tried again. "Email or password does not match blahblah". Don't waste your time. Just go to their website from your phones browser.
I have an account online and am able to access it. This app, however, doesn't recognize it. Are they actually connected?
