Haven't been able to log on for 2 days. No assistance available.
App won't open, and when it does it asks me for security questions and then times out. When I am able to open, anything I choose to view then causes it to time out. Lastly, I went from having over 64,000 miles to 80. Hoping it's just a glitch and gets resolved soon
terrible app. constantly asking to redo the biometric sign in.
Doesn't work! I updated TODAY, so this isn't me trying to use an outdated version. It let me log in, sent the text with the code, I typed it in, went to the next screen. Lots of changing shades, nothing of any value displayed, after several minutes "Something went wrong" appeared and the session was over. This was NOT one time. I am stubborn, so I tried a few times. All had the same result. Great update guys, it used to work fine.
After the most recent update I cannot log into the app. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't log in? Edit: thanks for the reply, Dan. I'm unable to log in to the website as well. What is going on???
