United StatesAs a UR Medicine patient, you can use our MyURMedicine mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for UR Medicine patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere. The UR Medicine mobile app also helps you find and get directions to our hospitals, urgent care, imaging, and lab locations; view information on more than 1,300 of our specialists; and read up on the latest UR Medicine health and wellness information.
Using MyChart you can:
• View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations.
• Request appointments and prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your health care team.
• Organize all your medical information into one personal health record.
• View and pay your bill online.
You need to have a MyChart account to access the MyChart features.

The app isn't that great and the layout is confusing at times. I have so many old things on the appointments page that I can't seem to get rid of. It's unclear if bloodworm is needed for an appointment....a lot of little things that should be fixed. I do like the message piece, that seems to work well.
Most of my in network appointments. Both scheduled and always the rescheduled appointments do not appear on the app. They don't appear in the appointments tab, calendar. I do take ownership of loosing track of my appointments. This is supposed to be helping me with that. The appointments that do appear, easily link to my Google calendar.
While The Info Is Great Sending Notifications In The Middle Of The Night And continuous Ones Are abit annoying

It works well and helps me to stay on track with various medical needs and information.
