IPOS App

The IPOS-App allows patients or family caregivers to periodically report patient needs, symptoms, and concerns by completing the Integrated Patient care Outcome Scale (IPOS). It helps doctors, nurses, or other health professionals involved to find out about what matters most to the patients they care for. The data reported through the IPOS-App will be automatically sent to a dashboard where health care teams can review, identify, and address these holistic needs, symptoms, and concerns.
