Don't use this bank if you want to access your account when abroad. You can't. Then they'll give you a non-freefone number to call to access you own money. Great! Never seen this with any of my other UK banks. Out of date!
Dont put your money with them, cant even get a statement, seems to be a new update has wrecked this app, dont download not worth the hassle. App is not at all user friendly
Would be higher score if they supported open banking like most other banks
Very basic and every other login forgets I set up biometrics
App not doesn't remember my password I reset it and charge it then Iit does it again when trying to login again please fix it, Update now working again thanks for getting back to me.
Disappointing experience. It worked fine until recently, then randomly decided to log me out for no reason. The app now refuses to let me login, but I can login via the website just fine. Uninstalled.
Only 3* as it regularly forces you to log in again (which is an absolute pain due to the complexity of my password) instead of using the biometric login.
Our latest release includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
