From time to time there will be updates made to the Kogan Money Credit Cards Mobile App which will require you to update your app before you can access it. Please update the app as instructed, otherwise you will not be able to access it.
Wooful! Has been not working for years now and the developer still has not fixed it... If you were a Kogan shareholder, I would be informing them of this rubbish app
The entire customer exoerience is so horrifically bad, I am surprised anyone makes it to the point of actually using the card.
Constant issues with login. I have read reviews dated back from 2022 and this was an issue back then. Wanting to close my account.

Too hard to understand
Not reliable. Whenever do bpay always ask for password. And if you forget it's hard to rest. After three attempts app will log out itself. OTP is not receiving on phone. Foe that reason unable to rest password. Very poor customer support from overseas. Not knowledgeable support people. No supervision available.. Useless app.
