Mediocre app by a TERRIBLE company who does things like refuse a diabetic their testing supplies repeatedly, lying to them over 2 years (and real tears) of trying to work WITH them to do what they AND the doctor want somehow. Never could test in that 2 years stuck with them, and my health is now damaged worse for it not that they care they could have caused my death. 100% morally bankrupt type of company if you ask me. Escape, your life could depend on it. Mine did.
Won't even work on Samsung 8. Says it's not supported. Website is a complete nightmare.

I am unable to login I get a message that I plies that I am not covered through Medicaid. I definitely am. So I have been unable to log in completely. When I tried to email the address in everyone's review response the email is undeliverable. I give up. 😤
i also am having issues with this app always saying they are having issues loading my info...Super frusdtrating ..im new to anthem and I cant even do basic stuff to set up my account
Doesn't work, does not recognize my account. Keeps stating error. I deleted the app, it's useless.
