The experience are terrible. Too slow! The otp is not sending immediately, I waited 3 minutes then it's working because I already click resend code within those minutes.
It takes so many trys to log in, and once in it kicks you out.
App needs to complete verification every time I log in. It attempts to send the verification code to my work email/inbox. There's no option to send the code to my mobile phone. The app is useless, if this is the intended or only verification option. Try again!
Great application for Elevancehealth associates for there day to day work.
Why my new phone cant login to this app and not able to send otp to my email? but my old phone does. How to unlink my old phone and link my new phone?
Biometric log in attempt will getting fail, again and again need to do multi factor authentication... If i select biometric login, it will get disappeare..
If you have to be at your computer to access the app... the app is 100% pointless. Nice job making junk.
