Perfect app
I just refilled my freestyle libre sensor, I thought that I had one more then just realized that I am out, so I just went on the shopper app and refilled them, I will pick them up as soon as the pharmacy is open.
Application
App is ok but don’t try to unsubscribe from promotions etc. Won’t let you
Never answers the phone
You can call and it’ll ring till it runs out of rings. You can call back as many times as you want still does same thing. Been like this for months
Could be better

Shoppers Drug Mart So, I have an experience to share that touches on doctor shortages, Shopper's Drug Mart and recent articles about Loblaws' business practices. Loblaws owns Shoppers' if I am not mistaken. I am fortunate to have had the same MD for the last 33 years. He and I are essentially the same age. He has the usual complaints about how GP's are treated, but he is carrying on, but takes frequent vacations. I have been a Shoppers Beacon Hill customer for a very long time. I have had the same two prescriptions filled there monthly for the last 15 years. For the past few years, I have had auto-refill, and when the prescription expires, they were to contact my doctor for a new prescription. When I did not receive notification that the prescription had been filled, I called (Note...they did not call me....)to enquire. I was told that they tried to get a new prescription but my doctor was on vacation. I responded with that it is the same prescription that I have had for the last 15 years and, god willing, will have for the next 15 years, so can you please fill it. The answer is that they could, for $15 fee. I complained vociferously, but was told that this is a Shoppers policy and that they can do nothing about it at the store level. So, I will be moving to a different pharmacy and get this prescription filled there. It is only for an antihistamine so no rush, and will move my other business as well. In my case, lack of access to a doctor resulted in my being asked to pay $15 to have a prescription filled. In my case, I don't care about the $15 and I don't really need to have it filled. But what about some our neighbours who do need the medication and to whom $15 matters. Is this an example of Shoppers'/Loblaws' capitalizing upon our health care crisis to gouge the population?
A convenient service getting my prescriptions renewed online!
I especially love like getting a message wh n my prescriptions are ready for pickup! Very helpful! Having my renewals done online is wonderful also ! Way to go Shoppers ♥️
