It keeps dropping signal. I replace the batteries and it still drops. I reboot the router and it worked for a week then suddenly totally dropped the weather sensor. I removed the receiver and now it won’t let me add it back. It has become just a huge paperweight. Come on! I use this to track weather throughout the year! Fix it! Make it easier to use.

Indoor display works if you don’t care about wind direction or rainfall total. Tried adjusting multiple times but my tube rain gauge is much more accurate. I can tell wind direction by sticking my finger in the air. It doesn’t communicate with my phone anymore. I give up. A weather rock is more accurate. If it’s wet it’s raining. Etc.

I would NOT recommend purchasing any of their devices. I have owned two different units and they only seem to last about a year and then they fail. The last unit, an Atlas, never did connect to the internet.

The app refuses to connect to my station. It errors and tells me it must be connected to my router. Well, the device is definitely connected and sending data to WU, so why can’t the app connect. I guess with WU in play, I don’t really need this app anyway?

I regret purchasing this product. Requires 2.4 GHz channel. I have been trying to get support without any success for a couple of weeks now. I doubt I will ever purchase or recommend AcuRite weather stations and will share my experience with their products. This product has serious issues and should be considered as deceptive advertising. My only other question is are they stupid and can’t make a decent product or greedy? Not sure the answer is important, same as they treat their customers.
