We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Ziply Fiber app, created to deliver refreshingly great customer service right to your pocket. All your Ziply Fiber account management tools have been refined and are now accessible in one spot: view and pay your bill, set up autopay and paperless billing, manage your account and profile information, and access professional support via live chat. Security: You can now manage almost all your personal account details in the app via 2-factor authentication. Consistency: Expect to see very similar design and tools on the web-based version of MyAccount as we work to adapt to the device you’re using. Flexibility: We’re now able to make more frequent updates to the app based on metrics and feedback. Keep the feedback coming; we’re listening. Future enhancements may include: troubleshooting your service, upgrading your speed, managing and monitoring your router. Please note: We will be retiring the legacy MyZiply app in early 2024, but will continue to support both apps until that time. Slowest app in the northwest
How is it that an internet provider has the slowest app and servers of all time. Literally since the introduction of smartphones I’ve never seen an app this slow.

Why roll out a new app that doesn’t work?…. Total garbage! Ziply your tech department should be fired. Zero point zero!

They will not set up in my area that’s in the middle of town. No reason given other then “we don’t have a set up date and don’t plan to make one any time soon.” Even if I offer to pay the install fee… Xfinity is expensive but you pay for quality I suppose

Seems to get confused and stalls when trying to load, pay, or navigate using the app.

This app has made managing my bills easy. With just a few taps, I can check my balance and confirm payments are processed.
Ziply fiber app
Hello; This app doesn’t work at all to pay bills or anything. The router isn’t hooked up to the account. Now there is a new app you can’t even sign into that new Ziply fiber app. All these apps are a mess.
Added the ability to view your order history. Minor enhancements to interface. Minor issue fixes.
