App is missing key features
Very much like my Yubikeys, but the Authenicator app on the Mac is missing some of the nice features found on the Windows version. Top in my book is the ability to name each of your Yubikeys so you don't have to keep track by their serial number, especially since the nice skins you put on them covers up the number. Secondly, there's no way to keep an icon in the system tray so you must constantly look through all of your open apps in the dock to find the authenicator. The basic functionality of the app is fine, but the missing features make it less convenient to use than necessary.
I keep getting "failed to open smart card connection" even though the key works on other devices..
I keep getting "failed to open smart card connection" even though the key works on other devices.. Re-inserting the key doesn't help. Support team wasn't helpful either. They just said that some other application is using smartchip functionality on my cumputer, but it can't be true because it's brand new MacBook Pro and I don't have any applications installed on it...

Terrible new UI
New UI is not as usable. Why did you change it? Can you ever fix a problem of accidental touch?
Doesn't work
"An unrecoverable error has occured" "Help subprocess failed to start"
Upgrade is NOT
The previous version was simple and worked fine. This latest upgrade 6.0.2 looks a little nicer, but from a functional perspective, it's been TERRIBLE. Doesn't recognize my yubikey nano so I have to take it out and plug it back in...then I regularly get an error, so I have to close the app and reopen. Touch doesn't always work. You can no longer just double click in your list and touch the key. it now gives you another prompt, shows you only that entry, and you have to manually copy it. If you don't close that screen, it stays there indefinitely with the 2FA code visible and you have to click to get back to your listings. Then your 2FA codes are visible in the list view and don't seem to expire/clear. To get a new one, you have to go back through the process, hit refresh, and start the entire painful process again. Haven't had time but I plan to look for the previous version and install it directly on my Mac and no longer use this version from the App Store. :(
This update adds some UI improvement with key new capability such as managing PINs and fingerprints on your FIDO-enabled YubiKeys. Also, you can now add, delete and rename fingerprints on your YubiKey Bio Series keys.
