Hello! I’m very sure I turned off the auto-renew but somehow you turn it back on and charged me. This is the second time. Please refund. Also, I tried submitting a ticket on your app and it doess’t work.

This apps logout your account automatically every time they update their apps. I create many report to their technical teams but always said under investigation for almost 1 year this happen! I update to the new firmware and using my other phone also facing the same problem! Rubbish apps!
